Tommy Davis of Missions Pottery began creating pottery as a hobby and stress reliever. After taking classes, he was hooked! His work has evolved and uses a variety of techniques, such as clay-weaving and imprinting, and he specializes in functional yet beautiful pieces that will work around the house. The name Missions Pottery is purposeful. Through their profits, they support Christian missions in America and around the world. Missions Pottery is a mainstay of downtown Lexington, NC, where Tommy sells his and other local artisans’ work, in addition to teaching pottery to others.

The perfect mug

I have several of these Mission Pottery mugs and absolutely love them. I was excited to find this one with a Christmas Tree in pretty Red. It will be one of my seasonal favorites. The size is nice and big and it drinks well. Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️
