Meet the Maker

Meet_Maker

Sheila Dresbach started her business making pressed floral jewelry in 2015. After moving to the central part of the state, she saw a dandelion growing in her yard, a sight unseen at her previous home in the mountains. She made her first necklace as a way to remember that though things seem strange and different, one can still have joy and find beauty. Sheila has always loved flowers and flower gardening and loves that the NC climate gives her opportunities to grow many different varieties of flowers. Sheila grows, harvests, and preserves many of the flowers she uses in her designs. She enjoys taking nature walks, as it allows her to responsibly harvest botanicals and find inspiration for new designs. She now lives and works in Asheboro, North Carolina.
