COVID-19 Updates

Like you, we're deeply concerned with keeping our communities and families safe and healthy. We are monitoring CDC guidelines and directives coming from Governor Cooper's office and will alert you if anything changes that may impact your experience with us. In the meantime, we want to let you know what we're doing to keep our staff and customers safe. 

What we are doing: 

In the office: 
We are taking precautions to keep all of our team safe. We appreciate your interest in visiting, but visitors are no longer allowed in our office until further notice. Our team is on a rotating in-office schedule. There may be longer than usual hold times on the phone. If you reach our voicemail, we will call you back as soon as possible. Email is the best way to reach us. Feel free to reach out to store@ourstate.com with any questions or concerns. We'd love to hear from you.

In the warehouse: 
Our warehouse team is also working with a modified schedule, so orders may take longer than usual to be shipped out. Expect at least one extra business day for orders to ship. The warehouse has introduced additional cleaning and sanitizing of all workspaces, and they are continuing to use common-sense hygienic practices. We will continue to monitor USPS and FedEx for updates or delays.

Events:
We have cancelled all in-person shopping events. Please stay tuned for updates regarding Christmas shopping events.
