Like you, we're deeply concerned with keeping our communities and families safe and healthy. We are monitoring CDC guidelines and directives coming from Governor Cooper's office and will alert you if anything changes that may impact your experience with us. In the meantime, we want to let you know what we're doing to keep our staff and customers safe.
What we are doing:
In the office:
We are taking precautions to keep all of our team safe. We appreciate your interest in visiting, but visitors are no longer allowed in our office until further notice. Our team is on a rotating, shortened in-office schedule. There may not be a person in the office to take your call, and there may be longer than usual hold times. If you reach our voicemail, we will call you back as soon as possible. Email will be the best way to reach us. Feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns. We'd love to hear from you.
In the warehouse:
Our warehouse team is also working with a modified schedule, so orders may take longer than usual to be shipped out. Expect at least one extra business day for orders to ship. The warehouse has introduced additional cleaning and sanitizing of all workspaces, and they are continuing to use common-sense hygienic practices. We will continue to monitor USPS and FedEx for updates or delays.
Expedited shipping is currently unavailable. Please contact us for specific shipping dates.
At this time, our show planned for April has been cancelled. We do not have other in-person events in the works for the spring or summer. Please stay tuned for our fall event schedule.
We remain committed to communicating any updates or changes with you. We are grateful that you are part of the Our State community. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this ever-changing situation.
