My package says it was delivered but I don't have it. What do I do?

Unfortunately there have been a greater instance of packages being mis-delivered or mis-scanned due to the higher package volume across all shipping carriers. We will do everything in our power to help you get your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. 

  • Please check around your house, mail box, and entrances to make sure the package wasn't delivered in a less-noticeable location. Sometimes the delivery person will 'hide' the package so it's not noticeable from the road.

  • Please check with your neighbors to make sure it wasn't mis-delivered to a nearby address. 

  • Give the shipping carrier 24 business hours. Sometimes, packages will be marked as scanned but will be delivered a day or two later. 

  • Ask your mail carrier if they remember the package. They may be able to assist you!

  • If you've done the above steps and you still are missing your package, give us a call at 1-800-948-1409! We'll be happy to reach out to the carrier to try to track your package down. 

If you do not contact us within 2 weeks of not receiving your package, we will not be able to replace or refund the lost package. 

Can I include a gift message?

 Yes! If your order is a gift, please follow these steps at checkout:

  • Answer "yes" when asked whether the order is a gift

  • Enter your message into the "Enter Gift Message" field. Please limit gift messages to 200 characters or less.

Your gift message will be printed on the packing slip included with your order.


What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of new, unused products (except food) within 60 days of purchase date. Please click here for our full return policy.

An item I want to purchase is on backorder. What do I do now? 

COVID-19 has impacted our global supply chain, causing production delays for many brands, including ours. While many of our items are made locally, some materials are artists use are unavailable. While we are working diligently to keep our special product offerings in stock, you may notice an increase in out of stock items. Our website reflects the most up-to-date in stock date.

The item is on back order because it was popular, and we ran out of it! Don't worry; we're on top of the situation and are getting more product in as soon as we can. Go ahead and add the item to your cart and checkout, and you will be first in line to receive the item when it comes back into stock.

For a better idea of when you might receive your item, give us a call at (800) 948-1409, but keep in mind we can't guarantee a delivery date on backordered items.

Please note that if you order other items, those items will be held until the back ordered item is back in stock and your whole order can ship.

An item I want to purchase has a waiting list. What do I do now?

If a product has a waiting list, we may be restocking the item. Add your email to the waiting list, and if the item comes back in stock on the website, you'll receive an email notification when it is available. The waiting list does not hold any inventory for you. If you wish to purchase an item that comes back in stock, we recommend that you order it as soon as possible upon receiving a waiting list notification.

An item I want to purchase is out of stock. What do I do now?

This means we no longer have this item available for purchase and don't plan to carry it anymore. We're sorry you're disappointed! Please consider browsing what we have new in stock.

Can I expedite a food gift set?

Unfortunately we are not able offer expedited shipping on our food gift sets. Please consider our many other gift selections which can be expedited. 

Can I pick up my order from your office in Greensboro?

No. All of our inventory is stocked at a fulfillment center in Butner, so we are not able to offer items for pick up.

Can I sell your products in my store?

No. We do not currently offer any products for wholesale or resale.

What are your shipping policies?

General Shipping Policies

  • Orders placed by noon ET are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on any major holiday will be fulfilled on the next business day.
  • We will make every attempt to ship your entire order at the same time. Products that are on backorder (currently out of stock but expected to be restocked soon) may delay your entire shipment unless you request that we ship as items are available.
  • If we ship as items are available, the entire shipping charge will be applied to the first shipment, and subsequent shipments of backordered items will not incur any additional shipping charges, as a courtesy to you.
  • Please indicate on your order if there is an immediate need for a particular product so we can keep you informed. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
  • Dropship food orders, as specified in the product descriptions for those items, have separate shipping charges as they ship from various locations. We do not offer expedited shipping for these items.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We ship packages from our Butner, North Carolina warehouse within 1-2 business days, if all items from the order are in stock. Shipping estimates do not include the handling time. 

We offer three tiers of shipping services with rates that are based on the order subtotal and shipping location:

Standard Shipping: takes approximately 6-10 business days, depending upon the shipping location.

Priority Shipping: takes approximately 2-5 business days, depending upon the shipping location.

Expedited 2-Day Shipping: takes 1-2 business days, depending upon the shipping location. 


The three shipping zones are as follows:

East of the Mississippi: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin. 

West of the Mississippi: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO 

Standard Shipping

Our standard ground shipping rates are based on your order total (before sales tax) and are currently as follows:

  • Up to $20.99: $6

  • $21.00 - $58.99: $9

  • $59.00+: Free!

The standard shipping window is currently 6-10 business days. Most packages arrive earlier than this within North Carolina, but with carrier delays due to demand and staff shortages, delivery is taking longer than usual.

Priority Shipping

We offer a priority shipping option that delivers between 2-5 business days, Monday - Saturday, but is not guaranteed. The rates for this service are based on the order total and shipping location and are currently as follows:  

  • Up to $20.99: 
    • East of the Mississippi: $9
    • West of the Mississippi: $12
    • Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories: $13

  • $21.00 - $58.99: 
    • East of the Mississippi: $12
    • West of the Mississippi: $14

  • $59.00 - $80.99:

Expedited Shipping

We offer an expedited 2-day shipping option which takes between 1-2 business days to deliver, depending on the location. This service delivers by the end of the second business day by 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, but is no longer guaranteed. The rates for this service are based on your order total and shipping location and are currently as follows:  

  • Up to $58.99: 
    • East of the Mississippi: $35
    • West of the Mississippi: $55
    • Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories: unavailable

  • $59.00 - $80.99: 
    • East of the Mississippi: $35
    • West of the Mississippi: $58
