Damaged or Incorrect Product Returns
In the event a product is damaged in transit, is defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, a replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge. You must notify us of these issues by phone at (800) 948-1409 or email at email@example.com within 20 days of purchase date. We may request that you return the damaged or incorrect item to us at our expense. If you don’t wish to receive a replacement product, you will receive a full refund including your original shipping charge.
We will accept returns and exchanges of new, unused products for any other reasons within 60 days of purchase date. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products to us. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less original shipping cost, once your return is received by us. Returned products must be in new, unused condition. Returns after 60 days for any reason may be eligible for store credit at the discretion of Our State Store.
Please note that we occasionally mark deeply discounted items as "final sale." These items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is damaged in transit, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product.
Winter Holiday Returns
To accommodate early gift shoppers, all gifts (except food) purchased September 15 through December 22 are eligible for return in new, unused condition until January 31st of the following year. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, and returns will be issued to the original form of payment (or store credit, if you prefer) less original shipping charges.
