#6020-145 W In Stock

Hand-turned from cherry, maple, and walnut woods, these little houses add a whimsical touch to your porch or garden. Each design varies slightly in size and features a 1” opening and a small perch. Available in three designs, they make darling holiday ornaments, fairy garden decorations, and more.

These tiny abodes are made to withstand the elements when placed in a protected area and brought in each winter, but will age gracefully over the years. We recommend placing them under an eave out of direct wind, rain, and sun exposure. Their natural finish can be refreshed with a bit of natural walnut oil.

Made in North Carolina.

Jerry Measimer of Shop II Woodworks moved to Richfield in 1985 after serving in the US Marine Corps. His work in construction led to a love of woodworking, which he began in 2007. Today, he’s a member of the American Association of Woodturners, and you can see him on the internet or in person demonstrating woodturning on the lathe. He uses all natural wood finishes, and his pieces are meant to weather beautifully with age. He still lives and works in Richfield from his refinished farmhouse.
