- Rewards require a new or existing Our State Store account. Not sure if you have an Our State Store account? Please contact us at store@ourstate.com.
- Rewards can be accessed through the blue "Rewards" button in the bottom left corner of our website.
- To earn rewards points on purchases, you must sign in to your Our State Store account before any orders are placed.
- Purchases made before 6/25/26 are not eligible for rewards.
- Rewards points are awarded for orders placed with an Our State Store account. The number of points awarded is based on the order subtotal. If the subtotal is not a whole dollar amount, points will be awarded based on standard rounding rules: if the fractional part of the subtotal is 0.5 or higher, it rounds up and if it’s below 0.5, it rounds down.
- For every $1 spent, 5 points will be awarded.
- Every 100 points earned can be redeemed for $1 off your next order.
- Be sure to check the "Ways to earn" tab in your rewards account for new ways to earn points.
- When you are ready to redeem rewards points, click "Ways to redeem" in your rewards account. Choose the amount of points you would like to redeem and a unique discount code will be generated.
- Copy the discount code and apply it at final checkout or, click "Apply code" and it will be automatically applied on the final checkout page.
- Rewards points do not expire. However, once rewards points have been redeemed, they cannot be returned to your account. The discount code provided when points are redeemed will be saved in your rewards account under "My rewards" until it is used. These discount codes will not expire.
- Yes, once you have redeemed your rewards points and have acquired a discount code, the code may be combined with other promotional discount codes and offers from Our State Store.
- However, once the rewards points are redeemed and the discount code is acquired, you may not use multiple rewards discount codes in one order. Only one rewards discount code may be used per order. Rewards discount codes cannot be combined in the same order.
- When an order is returned, the rewards points acquired will be removed from your rewards account balance as soon as the order has been refunded.
- If the return is partial, only the points tied to the returned amount are removed. You will keep the points from the remaining portion of the order.
