Seed and Sky Jewelry has produced beautifully made pieces in Asheville since 2011. Kelcey Loomer, the owner, artist, and designer, spent years working as an artist before she moved to jewelry-making to create more accessible artworks. Each piece of jewelry begins as an original painting, which is miniaturized and sealed in jeweler’s resin. The colorful illustrations, often of local flora and fauna, are portrayed in a playful style inspired by the Blue Ridge Mountains the artist calls home.
